中山佳兆業樾伴山項目背倚翠微獅狗坡臨望中山第—山脈五桂山，臨近長江水庫自然生態區，坐擁優質的城市界面和山水文脈資源，風景秀麗，環境優美。GND杰地景觀在中山佳兆業?樾伴山展示區的景觀打造中，基于周邊的優勢環境基礎，以城市自然為設計意象，提取山水自然元素，延續建筑語匯，將“光與影”引入空間，建立自然、空間與人之間的關聯，構筑一處現代建筑與自然環境對話的美學體驗館。

^{Zhongshan Kaisa Mountain View Garden project is located against the luxuriantly green Shigou Hill, overlooking Wugui Mountain, the first mountain range of Zhongshan. Also, it borders the Natural Ecology of the Yangtze River Reservoir, enjoying an outstanding urban interface, rich mountainous and water resources, intoxicating scenery, and a charming environment. When creating the landscape for the exhibition area of Kaisa Mountain View Garden, GND Landscape took the surrounding advantaged environment as the basis and the city’s nature as a design image. Besides, mountainous and water elements were abstracted to continue the architectural language. Light and shadows were introduced into this space and establish connections between nature, space, and humans. Thus, an aesthetical experience gallery where modern architecture converses with the natural environment is constructed.}

在中山佳兆業樾伴山景觀設計中，設計師結合現狀條件，重新梳理整合了空間的形態與節奏，將其建筑和宗地特色融入到景觀中。

^{Regarding the landscape design of Zhongshan Kaisa Mountain View Garden, designers gave consideration to local conditions. They reviewed the forms and rhythm of space to incorporate the characteristics of architecture and the plot into the landscape.}

景觀設計結合建筑的色彩、形式以及特色空間，將景觀、建筑及城市綠地串聯，形成開闊的場域，呈現出自然律動之美。

^{Combining the colors, forms, and characteristic space of architecture, the landscape design connects landscape, architecture, and urban green land into an open region to present the beauty of natural rhythm.}

^{△空間營造 Space Creation}

人與自然，是一個永恒的課題。而中山佳兆業樾伴山，也一直在探究“人與自然共生”的理念。與自然為鄰，展示區借“伴山”之勢，構建了二樓觀景平臺，淡泊素雅的山石水景，融入了五桂山巨幅風景，兩者和諧統一，共同塑造最純粹的自然景觀。

^{Human and nature are two eternal topics. Zhongshan Kaisa Mountain View Garden project has always been exploring the concept of coexistence between humans and nature. Given that the exhibition zone is adjacent to nature, designers constructed a two-story viewing platform along the hill. The plain, elegant rockery and water views are accentuated by Wugui Mountain’s grand scenery, whose harmonious coexistence jointly creates the purest natural landscape.}

^{△空間布局及流線 Spatial Layout and Flow}

伴隨著參觀的步伐，空間節奏張弛結合、抑揚有度，景觀庭院與建筑有機地結合在一起，穿行其中，步移景異。

^{As the visitor walks forward, the spatial rhythm slows down and accelerates gradually, blending the landscape courtyard and architecture organically. When walking in it, one can appreciate the scenery that varies widely.}

自由延展的和諧景致

^{A Harmonious Scene that Extends Freely}

首層空間以藝術語境構筑優美水景，一池一心境，一波一漣漪，生動活潑。鏡面水景微瀾的水面倒影著建筑、庭院、遠山、天光，讓空間內外彼此獨立的景致得以共生交融，形成有趣的空間對景。

^{The space on the first floor creates a beautiful water view in an artistic context. The pond resembles a heart, on which ripples stir up a lively view. Reflected on the mirror-like surface are buildings, the courtyard, remote mountains, and daylight. Independent views inside and outside the space coexist and blend into a fascinating opposite view in the space.}

水景之上，天花造型特別挑選了水波紋鏡面不銹鋼，與地面水景交相呼應，賦予空間以溫度，令整體環境更顯柔和。

^{Above the water view, the shape of the ceiling is made of mirror finished stainless steel with water ripples. Echoing the water view on the ground, it endows the space with warmth and makes the entire environment softer.}

傳統與藝術融合共生

^{Integration and Coexistence of Traditions and Art}

步入展示區，通過空間收放組合，層層遞進，在“四水歸堂”的中式建筑格局基礎上，匠心傾造的“追光山景”，糅合了極具現代色彩的雕塑，誕生別具一格的現代東方美學。

^{Walking into the exhibition area, visitors will find the space relaxes and converges, proceeding layer upon layer. Based on the Chinese-style architecture style of “Four Streams Returning to the Hall”, the view of “light chasing the mountain” shines with originality. It combines modern sculptures, creating peculiar oriental aesthetics in a contemporary style.}

雕塑“仰望者”的設計，增添了景觀的藝術色彩，同時也賦予其豐富的人文內涵，每每駐足于此，總能引起情感共鳴。

^{The sculpture“Looking Up” is designed to add an artistic flavor to the landscape and create rich humanistic connotations. Standing here, one will invariably have emotional resonance.}

晴雨兩宜，四時皆景。光從中庭天頂灑下仿佛瀑布，吐露溫暖謐靜的氣氛；雨季時節，水從四面的檐壁匯聚，在傳統文化里，寓意著財源風水，也寄托著家人的團圓的美好愿望。

^{The delightful scenery varies on sunny and rainy days throughout four seasons. Light pours down from the atrium like a waterfall, creating a warm and tranquil atmosphere. In the rainy season, water gathers from walls on four sides. In traditional culture, this view symbolizes an endless stream of wealth and carries the wish for a family reunion.}

在本次景觀設計中，設計師將這份美好寓意在場地延續，讓居者找到歸屬感和幸福感。選用光纖水簾環繞在中庭外圍，彷如瀑布傾瀉而下一般，夢幻的動態效果，讓景觀整體更具“自然”特性。庭院內打造了大面積的“永恒之水”，栩栩如生的表現出水的光澤和流動感?！白饭馍骄啊钡脑O計，融合了傳統與創新，用藝術與科技共同演繹人文自然的藝術之作。

^{During this landscape design, designers continued the auspicious connotations on this site, hoping that residents can find a sense of belongings and experience a sense of happiness. The optic-fiber water curtain surrounds the atrium as if a waterfall that pours down. Its dreamy and lively effect adds stronger natural characteristics to the overall landscape. An expansive eternal water view is created in the courtyard, which vividly reflects the gloss and flows of water. The design of “light chasing the mountains” combines traditions and innovations, aiming to present artistic work of humanities and nature through art and technology.}

^{△“永恒之水”利用復雜的3D軟體模擬出水面被風吹拂的連綿波浪，然后使用機械雕塑輪廓，再手工拋光讓表面達到粼粼波光的逼真視覺效果，需要耗費大量的時間打磨成型，體現的不僅是工匠精神，也是對細節的執著與追求。The view of “Eternal Water” simulates continuous waves lifted by the wind through complex 3D software. Then an outline is sculptured through machines and polished manually to reach a realistic visual effect of shiny ripples. Polishing the modeling through much human effort reflects not only the spirit of workmanship but also persistence and pursuits of details.}

枝椏婀娜的烏桕在鏡面水景的映襯下，虛實相生，演繹一場空間和時間的對話；以素雅之姿，營造出無限景深。

^{The waving twigs of Chinese tallow trees are reflected in the mirror-like surface. The contrast between reality and shadows is like a conversation between space and time. Through such elegant postures, the depth of field is expanded.}

傳遞出無限東方意境

^{Convey Endless Oriental Artistic Mood}

追光山景旁邊是通往二層的入口，拾階而上，在不斷攀升的動線中感受移步換景的美妙。二層景觀設計圍繞空間與自然的界限關系展開，一石、一山、一水、一木，韻生出平衡，以光為飾，以影交融，一座如夢似幻的藝術交流區呈現眼前，光影在此間流溢、沉浸，營造出清通靈透之象。

^{What lies beside the view of “Light Chasing the Mountains” is an entrance leading to the second floor. Ascending these flights in an upward action route, one can experience the joy that the scenery changes with each step. The landscape design on the second floor is carried out centered on relations between space and the boundaries of nature. The stone, rockery, water, and tree are blended to create an equilibrium. Decorated by light and set off by shadows, a dreamy artistic communication zone is presented. As light and shadows flow and immerse in this space, they create a clear, divine, and transparent image.}

框景“青山遠黛”設計流線向外延伸，呈一直線略挑出水面，挑臺設計和方向性的線條，有意將視線引導向自然景觀，使人與外部景觀的關系由遠變近，也讓整個空間衍生出更多的可能性。

^{The designed flow of enframed scenery “Remote Greenery on Green Hill” extends horizontally out of the water surface. The balcony design and directional lines intentionally guide one’s sight into natural scenery, changing the relations between humans and external scenery from remoteness to closeness. Also, it creates more possibilities for the entire space.}

而水景與空間的相處也是恰到好處的，戶外的水景則映襯著天色與云的變化，水面既是園中的風景，又是空間內的風景。

^{The water view suits the space just right. The water scene outdoors reflects the color of the sky and changes in clouds. Hence the water surface is a scene not only inside the garden but also in the space.}

二樓的通過空間，景觀設計將原有的封閉空間打通，并在立面上設置造型開口，空間各自延伸、交錯相融，與中庭水石清華之景形成了意想不到的聯動，給人們帶來視覺的沖擊力與不期而遇的驚喜。

^{In the connection space on the second floor, the landscape design opens the originally enclosed space and leaves an opening on the fa?ade. Each space extends, overlaps, and blends, forming surprising interactions with the underwater stone view in the atrium and bringing a visual impact and unexpected surprise.}

建筑倚靠自然山勢起伏曲線規建，循序自然法則，與山體融為一體。景觀設計巧借高差打造5m高景觀跌瀑，近水含煙之景氣勢恢宏，使原本的墻變得無形。潺潺水聲，樹影搖曳，如同從大自然的世界走進一個自然與人文共存的天地，空間質樸而空靈。

^{The architecture lies against the rolling curve of natural mountainous terrain, blending with the mountain range and obeying the rules of nature. The landscape design artfully creates a 5m landscape waterfall, whose majestic water mist covers the original wall. Hearing the water’s bubbling and watching the tree shadow wave, it seems one has entered a world where nature and humanities coexist and a holy space with simplicity.}

^{△跌瀑位置有較大高差，落水易受風力吹散飄落，設置鋼絲網，讓落水依附于鋼絲網順勢而下，形成均勻細膩的跌水效果，呈現出大跌瀑的視覺沖擊力的同時，也體現了精致細膩的細節處理。Given the waterfall’s height difference, falling water is likely to be blown hither and thither by the wind. Hence a stainless steel wire mesh is set, allowing the water to flow downward evenly. Not only does it present the visual impact of large waterfalls, but also it shows the meticulous processing of fine details.}

一路走走停停來到樣板房區域，未來的生活映入眼簾，這里是別于喧囂都市的一處安靜之地，在這里，時間與人的步伐也隨之變得緩和，探向精神豐富的深處。

^{Now walking, now stopping. We eventually arrive at the showroom area, waiting for future life to jump before our eyes. It is a quiet place different from the bustling city. Here the pace of time and visitors both slows down, extending to the depth of spiritual wealth.}

中山佳兆業樾伴山展示區的設計，探尋的遠不止色彩、線條、材質等具象組合，更是回歸本心，打破地域、人文、藝術界限，探索城市山居的生活方式。中山佳兆業樾伴山，致力成為中山自然人居新標桿，匠心打造繁華都市中的山居典范，傾心造就城市追光者的極致獻禮。

^{The design of Zhongshan Kaisa Mountain View Garden’s exhibition area explores not only the concrete combination of colors, lines, and materials. Instead, it has returned to original aspirations and broken regional, humanistic, and artistic boundaries, attempting to probe into the lifestyle of mountainous residence in cities. The Kaisa Mountain View Garden project is dedicated to being a new landmark of natural residence in Zhongshan city. By creating the paradigm of mountainous residence in the bustling metropolis with originality, it is an extreme gift to residents chasing the light in the city.}

跨專業融合的合作方式

^{Cooperation Method Featuring Interdisciplinary Integration}

本次項目可貴的一點在于，在客戶協調和支持下，景觀和建筑室內通力合作，跨專業的合作與配合就能在一些不同的視角找到一些獨特閃光點，給對方的設計效果都有很大的加持，中山佳兆業樾伴山的呈現，做到了景觀、建筑、室內融為一體，在有限的空間內創造出有趣且玩味的生活體驗。

^{The most valuable feature of this project is finding unique shiny spots based on clients’ coordination and support, energetic cooperation between landscape, architecture, and interior designers including interdisciplinary cooperation and collaboration. This method has energetically enhanced the final designing effect. Eventually, the landscape, architecture, and interiors of Zhongshan Kaisa Mountain View Garden are effectively blended, creating a fascinating and playful living experience in the limited space.}
