自然共生下的“朋克養生館”

引 | 緣起

本項目為中海原有示范區改造，通過對城市文化、客群、建筑特征、功能、空間構成的分析，將該地塊的景觀升級，激活地塊潛在魅力，改善城市綠色生態環境，打造成為一個與周邊客群高度匹配的城市休閑“街頭公園”。

仿生疊變，“巢”流前線整體設計以“裂變與升華”為主題，通過蜂巢模塊的重組、演變，打造了一個建筑景觀內外趣味潮流的沉浸式“朋克養生館”。建成后的公園也將無償提供給周邊居民使用將原示范區升級成為符合新項目客群定位同時又開放給老項目客戶的城市休閑街頭公園。

This project is the transformation of China Overseas original demonstration zone,Through the analysis of urban culture, customer group, architectural characteristics, function and space composition,Upgrade the landscape of the plot, activate the potential charm of the plot, and improve the green ecological environment of the city.To build itself into an urban leisure "street park" highly matched with the surrounding customers.Bionic fold change, "nest" flow front line,The overall design is with "fission and sublimation" as the theme, through the reorganization and evolution of the honeycomb module.It has created an immersive "punk health hall" inside and outside the architectural landscape.The completed park will also be provided free for surrounding residents.The original demonstration area will be upgraded to be in line with the new project customer group positioning.At the same time, urban leisure street parks are open for old project customers.

設計伊始，現場保留的大都會風精神堡壘已被時間遺忘，設計師惋惜它的主體，采用參數化的蜂巢表皮賦予它新的精神力量和藝術力量。太陽初升，叢林中的燈塔煜煜生輝，那被時光所偏愛的自然生活，也已為你緩緩拉開。

At the beginning of the design, the site preserved metropolitan,wind spiritual fort has been forgotten by time.The designer laments its main body, using a parameterized honeycomb.epidermis to give it new spiritual and artistic power,The sun rises, the lighthouse in the jungle Yu glow.The natural life, favored by time, has also been slowly opened for you.

被打散、重組、互嵌、圍合的半私密退臺花園，是生活館的核心模塊，它是藝術的多功能空間, 烏桕林下承載著當下年輕人的時尚潮流，和浪漫的解壓方式......

午后時光，與鄰里或吟詩論道、或品茗弈棋、或讀書品茶，傍晚時分，暖陽灑在多邊形木棧板上，耳畔響起孩子們的歡聲笑語。夜幕降臨，溫暖的燈光緩緩亮起，徐徐的微風輕輕吹佛臉頰，美好而溫馨，一一放入你的生活休閑、美好、安逸，形容這一刻最好不過。

這里，不僅是一個自然絢爛的空間，更是一個富含想象力的趣味場所。烏柏樹下的叢林樂園，采用“蜂”味十足的設計，融合了滑梯、攀爬墻、趣味蹦床、跳房子等IP設施，讓孩童們肆意沉浸、玩耍，大人也能樂享童趣時光。
