佛山中海金璽公館景觀設計 | 泛澳景觀設計

Are endless sources of inspiration when a designer creates environments and landscapes.

中海金璽公館，作為中海精工匠心打造的純四房社區產品，擇址于廣佛難得的濱水宜居生態住區佛山倫教，僅一路之隔的倫教中學步行即達。項目周邊坐擁12萬㎡高品質生態的濱江公園，自然環境優越，同時與廣州番禺僅一河之隔，鄰近1輕軌、2地鐵、四縱三橫高速路網，廣佛雙城交通便捷，區域潛力巨大。

一貫堅持“為生活者設計”理念的泛澳景觀，在執筆佛山中海金璽公館一案時，賦予景觀以生活屬性、功能適配與美學價值，采用“現代典雅”的氛圍基調匹配建筑的風格，貼合社區居民的圈層氣質與多元生活形態，演繹大氣簡雅的都市園林景觀。金璽公館大區景觀在中海集團2020年第三方客戶滿意度調查問卷中，獲得滿分100分的滿意度。

As China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd.’s high end 4-bedroom-apartments product, COLI Golden Palace is located in the waterfront Foshan Lunjiao area, just a few steps away from Lunjiao Middle School. This project locates in the high-quality ecological Riverside Park with the area of 120 thousand square meters, embracing splendid natural settings. It also conveniently stands across a river with Panyu district, Guangzhou, adjacent to light railway, metro and the transportation network with 4 vertical and 3 horizontal highways, enjoying great regional development potential.

Sticking to the core idea of “design for dwellers”, H&S Concept works to integrates life elements, functional facilities and aesthetic values with landscape. It echoes the architecture style with a modern elegant ambience to meet the residents’ taste and their diversified lifestyles, aiming to create elegant and simple landscape for urban courtyards. The landscape in the major public area in Golden Palace won the full marks (100) in the 2020 COLI Group’s customer satisfaction survey.

Contemporary

景觀秘境以可游、可居為上，
形簡韻深的雕琢，寫意四季良辰。

Focus on Entertainment Value and Livability,
Simple and Thoughtful Forms, Beautiful All Year Round.

流暢的路線、利落的結構、恢弘的秩序、端莊的格局，構成了入口的尊崇禮序。

The fluid route, simple structure, orderly arrangement and dignified landscape subtly constitute the grand and decent orders in the entrance.

設計師借鑒酒店式大堂入口的打造手法，不僅消化了入口到園區將近1米高差的難點，又保證了人行歸家、車行歸家的分流動線。前場水景與園中水景形成內與外的觀照，設計以層層遞進的景觀視野，豐富了場景的生動性。

Referencing the entrance hall of hotels, the designer addresses the challenge of a nearly 1-meter height difference between the entrance and the park, while ensuring the respective crowd flow route for people and cars. The waterscape both in the front area and in the interior park provide an interior and exterior contrast, which vividly enriches the scene in a layered view.

“景觀不僅呈現為觀賞性的創意園林，更是功能意義上的社區配套，在潛移默化中凸顯住區的產品力，服務于生活，滲透于日常之中?！?/p>

“Landscape is more than just ornamental creative gardens, more importantly it serves as functional community facility. It permeates a community and highlights the product power, serves the daily life and spans across daily details.”

結合日照、季風對于場地的影響，同時延續鉆石恒久美好的寓意，設計師將鉆石的剖面、形制、棱角與線條，呈現為幾何藝術化的場景外觀，于此打造了一個420㎡的度假式游泳池，為業主提供舒愜怡人的沉浸享受，讓度假般的體驗貫穿于高端生活品質之中。

Considering the sunshine and monsoon’s impact on the site while continuing the beautiful connotation of diamonds, the designer derives his inspiration from diamond’s profile, shape, edge and line to form a geometric artful space. By doing so, the designer crafts a holiday-style swimming pool with the area of 420 square meters, providing the residents a cozy and pleasurable experience by mingling vacation enjoyment with high-end lifestyle.

嶺南園林的閑雅之趣，
步步縈回，自然詩意沛然。

Leisure and Elegant Beauty of Linnan Courtyards
Rich and Lingering Natural Poetry.

在設計中，泛澳景觀以東方的婉轉詩意回應古典，以鉆石的極簡結構勾勒當代，令功能與美學相輔相成，打造“一軸、一帶、三園、五鉆”的景觀布局。整個小區由一個核心景觀軸串連休閑景觀帶，在對稱格局與線條造型的統攝下，豐富的植物層層融入，延續至三大花園中，營造出現代又不失典雅的酒店式精致景觀空間。

In this project, H&S Concept employs oriental gentle poetry to correspond with classicism, and minimalist diamond-like structure to outline the contemporary, to build the “one axis, one line, three gardens, and five diamonds” landscape layout, and combine functionality and aesthetics. Throughout the community, a core landscape axis connects a line of recreational landscape areas; within the symmetrical layout and linear model, rich and layered vegetation extends to three major gardens, creating a modern and elegant hotel-level fine landscape space.  

景石與景墻的設置，是設計師賦予空間的對景敘事 —— 極簡的山巒意象躍然墻上，溫馨的光源隱于石后，烘托出立體的畫面感，予人行于山間水畔的自然之感。

The rockscape and wallscape exist to be an artistic interpretation of landscape that the designer gives to the space--- the simple and lively mountain on the wall and the warm lights behind the stone provide a tridimensional picture, making people feel like they were walking by the riverside and through the mountains.

以細密格柵、鏤空金屬圍合出的廊架結構，與場地的風光條件一經結合，予人移步換景、景隨時異的景觀視野 —— 看樹不只是樹，觀水不止于水，而是景框中靈動的風景畫。天熱時可遮陽，下雨時可避雨，疲累時可暫憩，滿足了人們在歸家途中或是生活閑時的需求，人與周邊自然、環境的聯結得以升華，一個有著濃郁生活意趣的社區空間逐漸成型。

The corridor structure enclosed by dense grilling and hollow metal integrates with the spatial landscape, providing people a broad view of scenes shifting with location and time. Trees and water affect more than people’s vision and feelings, instead, they are the lively landscape painting in the frame. The corridor setting meets people’s demand from all aspects in their daily life, serving as a shelter from the sun, rain and fatigue. With people’s connection with nature and environment lifted, comes a community featuring a strong sense of enjoyment.

何為東方？草木山石，一景一畫，無不朦朧寫意，如入清幽之境。

設計師賦予每一處景觀藝術裝置以相對應的情景，無論是日光下拖長的影子，抑或是燈光下氤氳的暖意，均融入日常生活的細節。人們漫步其間，感受到的是不經矯飾的當代東方意蘊，以及雅致而精巧的秩序布局，足下是細碎月影，叢中是碧草疏影，處處俱是詩。

People’s traditional impression of the Orient lays on its lush mountains and lucid water, in which each setting forms a lively painting with its own implicit meanings, immersing people in a peaceful and tranquil space.

Every single landscape setting is matched with related scenario and mingled with daily details, such as the long shadow under the sunshine, and the warmth from the looming lights. When walking through the settings, people can feel original oriental implication, and the elegant and delicate layout in an orderly manner. People can feel the poetic ambience everywhere, such as the interspersed moon shadow on the ground, and the scattered shades in the lush greenery.

全齡段兒童樂園，趣味無限延長。

Dynamic and Quiet, Playfulness and Joy

熱鬧、歡騰、快樂、充滿活力，兒童樂園是園區的一抹亮色，一道彩虹橋橫跨于綠蔭場，孩童們嬉戲著、玩鬧著，與家人或是小伙伴一起度過運動時光。

設計師考量不同年齡段兒童的運動與社交需求，以復合型態搭建可供孩童攀爬、穿行、跳躍等的游樂設施，從跳格子到蕩橋、平衡木、爬網、爬行隧道、手鼓，可以展開豐富而多彩的休閑活動。

Marking as one of the highlights in the park, the children’s playground is filled with hustle, bustle, dynamics, and enjoyment. The children play and socialize on the playground where there’s a rainbow bridge, spending their sports time with their friends and families.

Given that children of different age present different sports and social demands, the designer builds complex leisure facilities which are available for climbing, crossing and jumping. In doing so, children can enjoy diverse activities ranging from hopscotch, balance beam, climbing nets, climbing tunnel to bongo.

兒童樂園的重點在于童趣盎然，承載孩子們的快樂童年，明朗的色彩、跳躍的幾何線條、多元的娛樂形式......突顯出歡欣的氛圍、趣味化的場景、愉悅的體驗，而生活的美好便從歡聲笑語中散發出來，睦鄰友好的社區型態與服務生活的景觀環境相依相生，觸及人們對未來的懷想。

The park focuses on creating a playful and naive vibe, existing as a part of children’s joyful childhood. Bright colors, dynamic geometric lines and diversified activities further highlight the jubilant ambience, interesting setting and pleasurable experience. The neighborly community coordinates with the landscape environment for life, offering people joy and laughter in their daily life and meeting people’s future expectation.

豐富多元的休閑組團，
讓人從日常中拾美、得趣。

Diverse Leisure Activities,
Finding Beauty and Fun in Daily Routine.

隨意而栽楓柳，宜居而怡然自樂，此是生活真意。景觀作為社區入戶第一層的外在表現，在強化住區產品力、提升宜居體驗的維度上，具有直觀而系統的影響。因此，設計師以風格、造型、細節上的不同趨向，賦予住區產品以詩意與理性的平衡。

Planting trees here and there, and enjoying life in a cozy environment are life’s true essence. As the first presentation of a residential community, landscape has a direct and systematic influence on real estate product power and the improvement of livability. Therefore, the designer bestows real estate product a balance between aesthetic poetry and functional rationality using different style, looks, and detail trends.

設計師延續建筑的色調和肌理，以暖色為主基調，以深咖為跳色，溫馨典雅而不失穩重，同時巧妙結合天然石材、鐵藝及環保涂料，遵循地面簡單、豎向精致的鋪裝，結合層次分明的地被、樹形飽滿的喬灌木，營造出獨具風韻的綠色空間 。

規整的中心廣場，12棵全冠樸樹與條凳有序排列，枝葉鋪滿天空，瞬間將林下空間的愜意抒發得淋漓盡致......一個有著濃郁生活氣息的社區空間躍然眼前。

The designer continues the color tone and texture of the architecture, taking warm colors as base tone and deep brown as embellishment, to create the warm, elegant, and classy look. The clever combination of natural stone, steel art, and eco-friendly paint follows the pattern of ground-level simplicity and vertical refinement, it creates a flavorful green space along with the layered ground vegetation and well-groomed bushes.

12 full crown hackberry trees align orderly in the well-organized central plaza, the lively branches cast comfortable shades, creating a vivid corner of community space.

架空層，是多元社區生活的配套，與景為鄰，與雅趣為友。設計師以泛會所的概念，將架空層置入園林之中，既是對空間的高效利用，同時是促進鄰里社交、休閑互動的橋梁。四個樓棟的入戶大堂對應著動靜主題的架空層，分別滿足會客、健身、童樂、靜享的功能需求，豐富業主閑暇時光。

Empty space is a common support facility in diverse communities, allowing residents to get closer to the scenery, and engage in more community activities. The designer takes the clubhouse concept and integrates the empty space into the landscape, this not only maximizes space utility rate, but also facilitates socialization. The lobby area of the four residential buildings corresponds to themed empty spaces, satisfying functionality of socialization, fitness, childcare, and wellness, enriching residents’ leisure life.

Celebrating nature and life, and creating comprehensive landscape setting design are the core of H&S Concept’s decade-long journey of habitat innovation. “Design for Dwellers” relies on paying attention to people’s needs, to environmental conditions, and to lifestyle aesthetics, so as to improve life’s quality, fun, and overall vision with sustainable landscape. In the project of COLI Golden Palace, the elements of Contemporary, Orient, Naivete, and Life connect into the main logic for the landscape structure. Portraying oriental aesthetics with contemporary materials, and combining the sense of ritual and routine in life, the design creates an elegant, fun community. Enjoying the breeze in the greenery, people living among the landscape truly experience nature and life.
