奧雷舍人事務(wù)所(Büro Ole Scheeren）是一間專注于建筑實踐、城市發(fā)展、室內(nèi)設(shè)計與研究的國際建筑事務(wù)所。從創(chuàng)新設(shè)計的大型城市地標(biāo)建筑到精心雕刻的文化建筑，我們的項目遍布亞洲、歐洲和北美洲。

我們完成的項目包括北京的嘉德藝術(shù)中心(Guardian Art Center)、新加坡的翠城新景（Interlace) 、雙景坊（DUO）和曼谷最高樓(MahaNakhon)；其他項目包括溫哥華的西喬治亞街 1515 號（1515 Alberni）和巴克萊村（Barclay Village）、法蘭克福一棟大樓（Riverpark Tower）的創(chuàng)新改造、越南胡志明市的高層綜合大樓（Empire City）、深圳的深圳潮（Shenzhen Wave) 以及中國南方的一個超高層地標(biāo)項目。

奧雷舍人事務(wù)所北京團隊因發(fā)展需要，現(xiàn)對外招聘一名景觀設(shè)計師人才加入并壯大我們的景觀設(shè)計團隊。應(yīng)聘者需具有在中國相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗。

您將加入高端大中型建筑設(shè)計和城市規(guī)劃項目團隊，全程參與項目從概念設(shè)計到施工的各階段工作，包括建筑圖紙繪制、模型制作、圖像制作等。您將會和我們一起共同踐行我們具有創(chuàng)新性的，集城市發(fā)展、建筑、室內(nèi)、景觀和自然一體化的設(shè)計手法。

^{For our growing Beijing office, Buro-OS is looking for a talented Landscape Architectural Designer with specific work experiences in China to join and strengthen our in-house landscape design team.}

^{You will be working as an integral part of a project team on the design of high-profile medium to large-scale architectural and urban design commissions, continuously supporting projects from concept to construction, in the development of drawings and models as well as visual and graphic representations. You will share our passion of an innovative and integrated approach towards urbanism, architecture, interior, landscape and nature.}

任職資格

要求應(yīng)聘者擁有優(yōu)秀的專業(yè)背景，持有景觀設(shè)計和/或建筑專業(yè)學(xué)位。

畢業(yè)后至少有4年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，最好是曾就職于專注于設(shè)計的國際化景觀設(shè)計企業(yè)。

具備信息處理和視覺化表達能力；擁有極佳的設(shè)計構(gòu)思技能，能夠?qū)⒃O(shè)計理念通過圖形化的方式準(zhǔn)確、充分地傳達出來。

具備全面的關(guān)于種植和植被方面的知識，善于快速地研究學(xué)習(xí)建筑設(shè)計項目所在地區(qū)特有的植被類型，特別是中國。

喜歡在國際化團隊中工作，能夠適應(yīng)高壓和充滿挑戰(zhàn)性的工作環(huán)境。

熟悉AutoCAD、Rhino和Adobe CS。

英語流利，會粵語或普通話的優(yōu)先考慮。

具體薪酬與福利待遇根據(jù)實際工作能力和經(jīng)驗確定。工作地點為北京辦公室。

^{Qualifications:}

^{You have an excellent academic background with a professional degree in Landscape Architecture, and/or Architecture.}

^{Your track record encompasses at least 4 years of post-qualification work experience, preferably in an international, design-led landscape architecture environment.}

^{You are able to process information and translate it into visual information. You have very strong conceptual skills and are able to articulate concepts precisely, comprehensibly, and in a graphically engaging manner.}

^{You have a thorough knowledge of planting and vegetation in general, and an ability to learn and research swiftly the available planting-types specific to the region of a project, with a particular emphasis in China.}  

^{You enjoy being part of an international team, and are able to perform and deliver in a highly dynamic and ambitious work environment.}

^{You are literate in AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe CS.}

^{English fluency is a key requirement, with Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) skills a plus.}

^{Salary and benefits will be commensurate with ability and experience. Positions are currently based in Beijing.}
