浙江中通文化驛站建筑設計 | 眾生設計

“中通文化驛站”位于浙江省溫州市藤橋鎮小岙村。小岙村，村如其名，處在小山坳中，山環水抱，曲徑通幽，山泉汨汨。宜居宜游，宜坐聽山風，宜閑庭看花。沿著游步道涉足而上，沿路蔥蔥翠翠，泉水叮咚，村內不但山水秀麗，又原始古樸，山居原貌保持完好。整個村落地勢南高北低，房屋建筑以巖墻、木結構平房為主。青瓦石墻，小巷阡陌交錯，原始天然的山水自然風光值得你漫步其中。

^{Zhongtong cultural station is located in Xiaoao village, Tengqiao Town, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Xiao'ao village, as its name implies, is located in a small hill surrounded by mountains and rivers. The winding path leads to a beautiful place with mountain springs flowing everywhere. It is a good place to live and travel, to sit and listen to the mountain breeze, and to see flowers in front of the court in leisure time. Along the footpath, there are lush scenery along the road, and the spring is tinkling. The village has beautiful mountains and waters, and retains the original sense of simplicity, and the original appearance of the mountain residence is well preserved. The terrain of the whole village is high in the South and low in the north, and the house construction is mainly rock wall and wooden structure bungalows. Green tiles, stone walls, alleys and paths crisscross, the original natural landscape makes you experience the beauty in the walk.}

小岙境內有云水谷景區、獼猴桃基地、食用菌基地等自然景觀和田園風光。其中云水谷景區，位于小岙村村尾，溯小岙溪峽谷而上，境內山青、水秀、巖奇、潭深、瀑高、洞多，仙人洞里的仙人傳說流傳數百年……

項目為本案以“藤橋古家具文化”為理念，以及獨特的自然人文景觀背景，利用金屬網橋架打造流動空間，并以文化驛站為己任積極與環境對話，提升公共空間的體驗感，作為當地村民和“異鄉讀者”的一個公共生活紐帶。

文化驛站的主體是村莊街道一側閑置的一個院落，包括周邊大大小小散落的偏房和一個蓄水池以及高度差1.8米的兩片農田，建筑設計保持了房屋和院落的建筑結構和空間秩序，將衰敗現狀修整還原到健康的狀態，產生了新與舊的關系,石壘墻、瓦屋頂、老屋架這些時間和記憶的載體成為空間的主導，連同功能再生的公共性，共同營造文脈延續的當代鄉土美學。

The architectural design maintains the architectural structure and spatial order of the house and courtyard, restores the declining status quo to a healthy state, and forms the relationship between the new and the old, stone wall, tile roof and old house frame, these carriers of time and memory become the dominant space and combined with the publicity of its functional regeneration, they jointly realize the construction of contemporary local aesthetics with continuous context.}
