　　丹戎林吉特場(chǎng)地包括賽卡羅（Sekaroh）森林生態(tài)區(qū)域的一期主體開發(fā)。這個(gè)概念性總體規(guī)劃將成為生態(tài)區(qū)域設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則的首個(gè)實(shí)施步驟，并將展示可持續(xù)性設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)以及與當(dāng)?shù)厣鐓^(qū)合作開發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì)的領(lǐng)先方法。丹戎林吉特場(chǎng)地總體規(guī)劃的制定目的，即為吸引最具知名度的生態(tài)旅游項(xiàng)目，同時(shí)保留和恢復(fù)該地區(qū)的自然環(huán)境。因此，一個(gè)綜合而全面的框架建立形成，提供整體指導(dǎo)方針以及旅游項(xiàng)目和相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施可持續(xù)開發(fā)建設(shè)的先決條件。這種方式能夠使開發(fā)建設(shè)在保證經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí)通過(guò)循環(huán)運(yùn)作而面向未來(lái)的開發(fā)。它最基本的目標(biāo)即為遵從最高水平的國(guó)家和國(guó)際級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、基于培育地方和區(qū)域潛力的目標(biāo)，應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化、提供氣候變化保護(hù)措施，并解決水資源短缺狀況。另外，該區(qū)域之內(nèi)的撒薩克（Sasak）文化遺產(chǎn)將與當(dāng)代氣候適應(yīng)性城市設(shè)計(jì)和建筑方法相結(jié)合，創(chuàng)建一個(gè)全新的綠色和友好表現(xiàn)型的建筑形態(tài)。新的生態(tài)旅游村建設(shè)將展示在降低環(huán)境影響的同時(shí)，創(chuàng)造結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)匚幕w驗(yàn)、可持續(xù)技術(shù)和最高品質(zhì)娛樂體驗(yàn)的活力場(chǎng)所。
　　The Tanjung Ringgit site will include the first major developments of the Sekaroh Forest Eco-region. This conceptual masterplan will be the first implementation step for the Eco-region guidelines and will demonstrate cutting-edge approaches to not only sustainable design and technologies but also benefits of cooperation with the local communities. The masterplan for the Tanjung Ringgit site has been created so as to attract the highest-profile eco-tourism projects while simultaneously retaining, preserving, and restoring the natural environment of the area. For this an integrated and comprehensive framework has been developed to provide guidelines and the sustainable preconditions for tourism projects and related infrastructure. This approach shall enable the developments to remain economic and therefore future-proof through their life-cycle. The primary goals are to address climate protection, climate change, and water scarcity following the highest national and international standards yet based on fostering local and regional potentials. Furthermore the Sasak cultural heritage of the region will be integrated with contemporary climate responsive urban design and architecture approaches for creating a new green and hospitality-expressive architecture. The new eco-tourist villages should showcase both reduced environmental impact and the creation of vibrant places for experiencing local culture, sustainable technologies, and the highest quality recreation experiences.
