迪拜Hai d3多功能創意園建筑與景觀設計 | waiwai

Hai d3多功能創意園位于迪拜設計園區內，是阿聯酋新興創新人才聚集地。我們想以現代手法重新詮釋傳統阿拉伯社區，并體現這座古城街道寬窄相間的特征。

^{Hai d3 is a mixed-use community within Dubai Design District, the hub for emerging local creative talent in the UAE. The project is a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional Arabic neighbourhood, while capturing the expansion and contraction of streets (hayy) in the historic Arabic city.}

園區設計強調了充滿活力的公共“廣場”空間，人們可以在這里相互交流、舉辦活動、參加聚會。廣場的景觀設計與建筑同步進行，成為建筑室內向外的空間延伸。建筑使用了落地窗和具有透明度的材料，以建立室內與室外綠化間的視覺聯系，引導人們欣賞迪拜天際線的景色，同時優良的室內采光有助于提升人們的工作效率。

^{The design is punctuated by the sahat vibrant, public “plazas” for neighbourhood interaction, activity, and gathering. These landscaped, “urban” plaza spaces were designed in parallel with the physical architecture, performing as spatial extensions of the building interiors. By using full-height windows and strategic material transparencies, the architecture establishes inside-outside connections to the landscape greenery, frames views of the Dubai skyline, and enhances productivity within naturally-lit spaces.} 

我們考慮到迪拜是一個城市結構不斷變化的港口城市，而集裝箱是最能表達迪拜的本土材料，所以我們用6種堆垛模式將75個的集裝箱（每個集裝箱大小為40英尺）搭建成了創意園區。

^{Collectively, the project was composed as a modular system of 75, 40-foot shipping containers, in six different stacking arrangements.Given that Dubai is a port city with a changing urban fabric, the shipping containers are a logical material expression of the city and its context.}
