深圳梅豐社區公園景觀設計 | 自組空間設計

空置二十年的土地

梅林片區地處福田區的北面，也是“背面”，主要以城中村、老舊住宅和工業區等功能混雜，城市建筑老化，空間品質不高，形成了大量的“城市盲區”。梅豐社區創意公園位于福田區中康路和北環路交匯，占地面積4674.35平方米，地塊原本與臨旁小區屬同一地塊，因業主與開發商的糾紛，該地于2000年被分宗處理。開發商承諾給業主的公共配套沒有實現，業主們因此對該地的建設非常敏感，曾多次抵制該地塊的開發，地塊就這樣閑置了近20年。

2019年3月經梅林街道委托深圳市城市設計促進中心發起 “小美賽城市微設計·梅林行動”競賽，競賽以工作坊形式實現了街道機構+社區規劃服務機構+專業設計師+居民+第三方專業顧問的五方組合團隊，深圳自組空間獲得本次競賽一等獎，并作為設計方全程參與公園的設計與施工跟進。

場地概況 

^{Site Statement}

場地現狀為空置的鋼筋水泥地面，四面被圍墻圍合，與周邊地塊存在一定高差。內部被人占用為臨時停車場。由于長期的空置加上缺乏管理，部分區域已成為了垃圾堆放的場所，場地四周雜草叢生、環境惡劣，與一墻之外鄰里社區及城市道路形成鮮明的對比，在高密度的梅林片區，這樣一個廢棄地塊與周圍環境更顯格格不入。

設計策略

公園的設計以“開放、生態、多元”為原則，對場地及周邊進行系統梳理，拆除圍墻打開公園的邊界，建立公園與城市街道和小區的可達性；砸掉現狀鋼筋水泥地，讓土地重新呼吸，建立生態的景觀基底；完善公園路網及基礎服務設施，考慮周邊使用人群設置兒童游戲場地、階梯廣場、文化展示長廊及慢跑道等多元的休憩娛樂場所，將場地變為安全舒適的社區公園，讓原本封閉的荒廢地轉變為活化周邊社區的城市公園。

重新呼吸的土地 

^{Re-breathing land}

現狀單純的硬地面沒有辦法達到多樣性的基礎，所以第一步是砸掉水泥地，重新讓土地呼吸，才能建立新的生態系統。利用碎裂的混凝土塊進行微地形塑造成為裂縫花園，舊的混凝土塊與縫隙中的植物形成和諧的共生。自然野趣的裂縫花園也成為小孩玩耍，追逐的游樂場。

低成本的景觀 

^{Low-cost landscape}

本項目由于工期短、造價低，所以區別于傳統市政公園的大面積石材鋪貼、大量大規格的苗木等做法，采用低成本低維護的策略進行設計和建造。被砸碎的舊混凝土塊當做景觀材料，堆砌成微地形裂縫花園；小的碎塊用來作為填充石籠的材料；更小的碎塊則做為海綿城市技術措施的地下碎石層以疏導下滲的雨水。植物設計上，選用規格較小的本土喬木樹種，讓其自然生長。底層植物選用低維護的觀賞草和野花進行自然種植。

激活社區公共行為多樣性

場地改造之前這里是一個無人問津的荒廢地塊，川流不息的車流和人流從每天周圍經過，封閉的邊界時這里未曾出現公共活動。改造后，開放的邊界引導周邊居民和路人進入公園活動，此提供社交、休息、親子、鍛煉、玩耍，以及不定期舉辦的各類活動，而公園的開放與包容讓每個參與者都能平等的享受安靜和休憩的機會。
