招聘職務(wù)

水文工程師

任職資格：

1、水利工程或環(huán)境工程相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；有6年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有在北京上海深圳參與過(guò)大型市政雨水規(guī)劃或生態(tài)水系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；

2、具備水管理和雨水利用規(guī)劃扎實(shí)的專業(yè)理論知識(shí)和較強(qiáng)的工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，綜合協(xié)調(diào)和處理設(shè)計(jì)和施工配合中存在的問(wèn)題，對(duì)項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)工、進(jìn)度、總體設(shè)計(jì)、雨水利用設(shè)施施工有關(guān)專業(yè)問(wèn)題有深入了解，能對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)提出合理化意見(jiàn)并準(zhǔn)確處理判斷；

3、熟知國(guó)內(nèi)有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范和規(guī)定。有與客戶和其他設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)、設(shè)計(jì)院和施工隊(duì)合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

4、有在境外景觀或規(guī)劃公司工作經(jīng)歷或與外籍設(shè)計(jì)師共同工作的經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。有流利的英語(yǔ)交流能力，能與其他外籍設(shè)計(jì)師和外籍設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)進(jìn)行有效的設(shè)計(jì)交流。

1. Relevant scholarship in urban water management, hydraulic engineering or environment engineering in leading university. Over 6 years of working experience. Preferential for experienced in large urban water management or ecology storm water system projects in Beijing, Shanghai or Shenzhen.

2. Solid professional expertise and knowledge of the hydraulic engineering and practical experiences. Coordinating and cooperating with the problems in overall strom water system and construction comprehensively.

3. Familiar with relevant domestic design standards and regulations. Experienced in cooperating with customer, other design institutes and construction team.

4. Preferred for experiences in foreign design firms or co-working with foreign designer. Communicate fluently with foreign designers in English.

資深景觀設(shè)計(jì)師

任職資格：

1、景觀設(shè)計(jì)、建筑設(shè)計(jì)或城市規(guī)劃相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；有8年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

2、具備景觀專業(yè)扎實(shí)的專業(yè)理論知識(shí)和較強(qiáng)的工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，綜合協(xié)調(diào)和處理設(shè)計(jì)和施工配合中存在的問(wèn)題，對(duì)總體設(shè)計(jì)、構(gòu)造、植物等有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)問(wèn)題和施工方法有深入了解，能對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)提出合理化意見(jiàn)并準(zhǔn)確處理判斷；

3、可管理一般規(guī)模和復(fù)雜程度的項(xiàng)目，獨(dú)立進(jìn)行施工配合、安排工作計(jì)劃和人員配置，有能力管理6人以上團(tuán)隊(duì)工作；

4、能對(duì)負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行有效進(jìn)行方案匯報(bào)，能在專業(yè)技術(shù)會(huì)議或討論中邏輯清晰有效的表述專業(yè)問(wèn)題和解決辦法，獲得甲方認(rèn)可；能用中英文準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)和施工中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題；

5、有在境外景觀或規(guī)劃公司工作精力或與外籍設(shè)計(jì)師共同工作的經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。有流利的英語(yǔ)交流能力，能與其他外籍設(shè)計(jì)師和外籍設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)進(jìn)行有效的設(shè)計(jì)交流。

3. Generally managing normal size landscape or planning project. Cooperating, arranging people distribution and work plan and configure the ability of the managing teams of more than six.

4. Able to present charged project effectively, stating professionally and logically on technical meeting or workshop discussion. Using Chinese and English accurately express design and construction issue

5. Preferential for experienced in foreign design firms or cooperator with foreign designer. Could communicate fluently with foreign designer in English.

景觀設(shè)計(jì)師

任職資格：

1、景觀設(shè)計(jì)、建筑設(shè)計(jì)或城市規(guī)劃相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；有5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有海外學(xué)習(xí)背景者優(yōu)先；

2、具備景觀專業(yè)扎實(shí)的專業(yè)理論知識(shí)和較強(qiáng)的工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，綜合協(xié)調(diào)和處理設(shè)計(jì)和施工配合中存在的問(wèn)題，對(duì)總體設(shè)計(jì)、構(gòu)造、植物等有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)問(wèn)題和施工方法有一定了解，能對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)提出合理化意見(jiàn)并準(zhǔn)確處理判斷；
