北京風之谷景觀裝置設計 | 水木清境

風之谷項目位于北京市順義區中糧祥云小鎮商業街區內。由于場地較為狹長導致視角較窄，快速通過空間屬性太強，場地不能對游客產生滯留作用；設計需要解決現有人員不能滯留的問題，同時滿足消防等硬性條件。此次改造不僅僅是將原有景觀進行改造升級，我們希望能夠吸引游客進入街區，并能在場地里更長時間的駐足停頓；通過營造舒適的空間氛圍，以達到更合理的空間使用及更強的可玩可游性。

The space narrow, viewing angle is narrow lead, stronger through space property, site visitors can not produce effect on the retention. Design needs to solve the problems of the existing staff can not stay, while meeting the rigid conditions. This transformation will not just be the upgrading of the existing landscape, we hope to draw visitors into the block and longer pauses in the grounds. By creating a comfortable space atmosphere, in order to achieve a more reasonable space use and stronger playability.}

立意風之谷，意向于谷中翠竹錯夾道 微風拂 影攢動的意境美；設計空間與人的一種“溝通”方式，營造游客步行于兩側商建夾道中，亦如穿梭于谷中竹林下。景觀柱的構建初由600X600矩陣布局進行分析，樹立構筑點位；同時融入場地必要條件，4米消防路、街區建筑出入口、櫥窗面向及現有管井，相交刪減空間矩陣，樹立基礎景觀柱，對矩陣空間進行優化，增加矩陣豎向空間變化，以到達最終空間排布。

Intersect and subtract space matrix, establish basic landscape columns, the matrix space is optimized and increase the vertical space variation of the matrix to reach the final spatial arrangement.}

景觀柱劃分空間，在視線中造成隔斷，半虛半實，豐富空間層次及使用人群體驗；形式上與視覺導向、空間線條一致，降低夾道壓迫感，提升可游性舒適感；降低空間縱深的通透性及通過空間屬性，延長使用人群滯留時間，打造豐富立體的空間體驗街區。

設計將景觀柱設計劃分為四種形式，以達到不同的效果并賦予不同的使用功能，豐富空間層級變化。

樣式一為高400MM選材金屬的隨心凳，采用偏心設計，凳體與柱間安裝軸承，可使凳體以景觀柱心為中心自由旋轉。從使用方面來看，隨心凳景觀柱提供給游客休憩場地，同時由于軸承系統而更具趣味性及便利性；對于等待或逛街的游客，可以暫做休息，相熟者兩凳轉向彼此，陌生者自調坐凳朝向以便自己，讓使用功能最大化，方便聚集或離散使用。對于兒童來說也是一種可以嬉玩的“玩具”，也可自我發現其不同的使用方法。

^{Column A is a free-wheeling seat made of metal with a height of 400mm. It adopts an eccentric design. Bearings are installed between the seat body and the column to make the seat body rotate freely around the center of the column. From the use of perspective, the column offer visitors leisure grounds, and bearing system means more fun and convenience. For tourists who are waiting or shopping, you can take a short break. Those who are familiar with the two seats turn to each other, among the stranger, they can adjust the direction of the seats for themselves, so as to maximize the use of functions and facilitate gathering or discrete use. For children, it is not only a “toy” that can be played, also discover different ways of using it.}

樣式二由下至上包括：柱身、藏燈柱身、螺旋葉輪柱頭三部分，柱頭為螺旋葉輪，葉輪處遇風可隨風自轉，同時，由風動導電致使柱身內藏燈帶發光，夜晚可作為路燈使用。樣式三柱身為螺旋形葉輪，選材金屬，可人為抓住柱身進行轉動，產生對人群的吸引。樣式四柱身內藏燈帶，作為路燈使用。

設計總結，通過對場地內的景觀柱賦予四種不同的功能及特點，產生對游客而言更多的自我發現價值。四種景觀柱兼顧藝術感美觀性與實際使用價值，以滿足不同人群使用需求；增加使用人群與場地空間之間的溝通交流，提升街區互動性及趣味性，能夠吸引人群進入街區。在街區內，游客可選擇直接走過或在林間穿行。同時，街道裝置的設置能夠將各色人群留下來主動參與互動，產生各種各樣的使用方式。
